  1. PAYMENT

    1. All the order will be processed once we successfully confirmed payment from you. Payment evidence in the form date, time or reference number transaction can be referred from your payment receipt / transaction. You must inform stated item through S.M.S. or email to us. Please retain the payment receipt / transaction for reference.

    2. If the payment is not receive or payment method is declined, you have to make the payment again, else your order will be cancel.

    3. Once payment has been processed, you are responsible for the payment.

  2. REFUND

    1. Prepaid Reload Service

      1. The refund of the Prepaid Reload is not available after the amount has been successfully credit to stated phone no. account.

      2. Make sure that your Mobile Phone No. is correct. We will not be responsible for all lost caused by your own negligence.

    2. Bill Payment Service

      1. The refund of the Bill Payment Service is not available after your payment has been successfully credit to Biller account.

      2. The refund is only available when got proof that the payment is fail to credit to Biller account.

      3. Make sure that all your billing detail such as ACCOUNT No, & BILL REFERENCE No. is correct. We will not be responsible for all lost caused by your own negligence.

  1. PREPAID RELOAD

    • Makes sure you mobile phone no. is correct before you click "Buy Now" button.

    • Normally the credit will be added to the prepaid phone account around 5 ~ 10 minute.

    • For unforeseen &  uncontrolled circumstances such as cellular network congestion or network downtime and maintanence may delay the credit added to the prepaid phone account.

  2. POSTPAID BILL PAYMENT :-

    • Make sure you ACCOUNT No. & BILL No. correct before you click "Pay Now" button.

    • Key-in your payment amount in the paypal check-out.

    • Please provide your PostPaid Mobile Phone in the Paypal check-out (Either at "CONTACT DETAIL" or "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO SELLER" field).

    • If the payment is make after the due date, the payment detail wouldn't be shown on the upcoming bill.  The payment detail will only be shown on next bill after the upcoming bill. (Make your make the payment 2 week earlier before the due date).
