Payment evidence in the form date, time or reference number transaction can be referred from your payment receipt / transaction. You must inform stated item through S.M.S. or email to us. If the payment is not receive or payment method is declined, you have to make the payment again, else your order will be cancel.

REFUND

The refund of the Bill Payment Service is not available after your payment has been successfully credit to Biller account.

The refund is only available when got proof that the payment is fail to credit to Biller account.

Make sure that all your billing detail such as ACCOUNT No, & BILL REFERENCE No. is correct. We will not be responsible for all lost caused by your own negligence.
