1. PAYMENT

   1. All the order will be processed once we successfully confirmed payment from you. Payment evidence in the form date, time or reference number transaction can be referred from your payment receipt / transaction. You must inform stated item through S.M.S. or email to us. Please retain the payment receipt / transaction for reference.

   2. If the payment is not receive or payment method is declined, you have to make the payment again, else your order will be cancel.

   3. Once payment has been processed, you are responsible for the payment.

2. REFUND

   1. The refund of the Pin Purchase is not available after your order been process.

   2. The refund is only available when PayReloadShop fail to sent you the pin you purchase.

   3. We will not be responsible for all lost caused by your own negligence.
