POLICY, TERM & CONDITION

  1. PAYMENT

    1. All the order will be processed once we successfully confirmed payment from you. Payment evidence in the form date, time or reference number transaction can be referred from your payment receipt / transaction. You must inform stated item through S.M.S. or email to us. Please retain the payment receipt / transaction for reference.

    2. If the payment is not receive or payment method is declined, you have to make the payment again, else your order will be cancel.

    3. Once payment has been processed, you are responsible for the payment.

  2. ORDER CANCELLATION

    1. Unless otherwise specified for particular product, we shall refund your payment if you decide to cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours after you order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged by the credit card company which is non-refundable.

    2. If you decide to cancel your orders more than twenty-four (24) hour after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment, we shall deduct a minimum of 18% from your payment as a administrative fees in additional to the transaction fee charged by the credit card company.  The balance  after deduction of the administrive fees and transaction fee will be refund to you.

    3. Once your order has been shipped you are not able to cancel your order.  PayReloadShop will not refund your payment event if you return the product .

  3. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT / GOODS

    1. Delivery of the Goods / Product shall be made to the address specified by Buyer in its order.

    2. Any date quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only.  The time for delivery shall not be of the essence and PayReloadShop shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.

    3. If PayreloadShop fail to do delivery of the purchase Goods / Product in accordance with the contract or within a reasonable time, PayReloadShop will refund the total amount pay for goods with the writen notice provide by Buyer.

    4. If Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods / Product (otherwise than by reason of PayReloadShop fault) then without prejudis to any other right or remedy avaible to PayreloadShop may :-

      • Verify with the Buyer to re-delivery the Goods / Product where the Buyer need to pay for the additional shipping fees.

      • Terminate the contract and refund the payment to Buyer.   (The refund is the balance after deduct all expenses such as shipping fee and adminitrative fee.  Credit Card charge is non-refundable.)
